Update on the COVID-19/Coronavirus for Prosper Show attendees and exhibitors

Prosper Show to postpone Las Vegas event until August 2020

The health and safety of each and every member of our community and our staff is of the utmost importance to us. After closely monitoring the risk and impact of COVID-19 on a daily basis, and speaking at length with members of our community, Prosper, which had been scheduled for March 23-25, 2020, at the Westgate Hotel in Las Vegas, has been postponed to August. Prosper will now take place Monday, August 31-Wednesday, September 2, 2020, at the Westgate Hotel, Las Vegas.

The recent developments regarding COVID-19, including, but not limited to, the declaration by the WHO of COVID-19 as a pandemic, the accelerating pace of confirmed cases worldwide and domestically, the current quarantines and travel restrictions imposed by government authorities affecting participating companies, various company-imposed travel restrictions on employees, and the cancellation of several key Prosper customers, partners and speakers, made it impossible to effectively execute a March event that delivers the level of education, connection, and customer value our community expects. Driven by our responsibility to ensure the best interests of our Prosper community, we made the decision to postpone Prosper until August 2020.

Prosper’s top mission is providing networking and educational opportunities for established Amazon sellers to learn how to make their business platforms more profitable and to navigate the Amazon ecosystem efficiently. This priority is the driving force behind our commitment to producing an August 2020 show that meets the expectations of our community.

We are focused on continuing to serve our industry, creating ways to connect and working closely with our communities, to provide the necessary support and information to prepare them for a successful August 2020 show.

Please view the latest McCarran International Airport’s Travel Information. In an effort to ensure that passengers feel comfortable traveling and working, McCarran has made several proactive enhancements to our facility and our cleaning procedures.

  • Custodial teams are deploying hospital-grade disinfectant on all high-touch surfaces around the airport, such as kiosks, escalators and door handles
  • Signs placed throughout the airport encourage social distancing, and floor decals placed 6 feet apart help reinforce the message
  •  Only ticketed travelers and employees are allowed to enter the terminals.

We will be launching an Onsite Preparedness Plan in early June that can be found above, with new policies and commitments designed to keep our community safe and healthy. We continue to work very closely with the Westgate Resort and following all the guidelines set forth by the CDC, state and local officials. As this plan continues to evolve, we will be sure to update you.

No! Your existing registration is unchanged and valid for the August 31 – September 2, 2020, edition of Prosper. 
We very much hope you will join us in August/September, but we understand that conflicts may arise with the new dates. If you are no longer able to attend due to a date conflict, you have two options:
1) To transfer your pass(es) to another team member, contact Registration Customer Service:

No. To transfer pass(es), registrants unable to attend may send a substitute from the same company by bringing the registrant's confirmation letter to Prosper Show to receive a badge for admission. Or, by contacting Registration Customer Service above.
The deadline for full refunds has passed, but customers still have the option to either transfer your pass(es) to another team member or credit your registration dollars to Prosper Show 2021.   
99% of our 2020 speakers have confirmed participation for the new dates of Prosper, Aug. 31-Sept. 2, 2020.
All of our workshop facilitators have confirmed that workshops will remain unchanged. Your existing registration is valid for the new workshop date of Aug. 31, 2020.
Yes! You can purchase additional workshops at any time by logging in using the link in your original confirmation letter. 
Yes. VIP Mastermind day will take place on the Monday, August 31, coinciding with the new Prosper 2020 dates. More information to come shortly regarding agenda and location.
Many airlines are offering waived change fees at this time. We would recommend changing your flights to align with the new show dates as soon as possible.

If you booked a room in the Prosper hotel block via OnPeak, your reservation will be automatically cancelled and any deposit refunded.

If you booked a hotel reservation outside of our block, you will need to cancel/transfer the reservation on your own.
