How did you get into the industry?
I started Selling online in 2008. I started my first company selling guitars on eBay with a $2000 investment on a credit card.
What is one tip you can share that you've learned as an amazon seller?
It's important to understand your core competencies and focus on those. For example, if you are great at marketing but not good at operations you may want to look at outsourcing your warehousing operations, so your organization can focus on what it does best.
What do you like most about the industry?
I love how dynamic e-commerce is. It's exhilarating to be working in an industry that is growing and changing as fast as e-commerce is today.
